Patient Reviews & Feedback
My family and I were impressed from the minute we walked into the modern, immaculately clean office. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and efficient. The Dr. was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and thorough. I highly recommend Central Jersey Urgent Care – this place is perfect if you need quick, reliable medical care!
Highly professional staff, friendly atmosphere. reasonably priced.
I took my mom to Urgent care in Ocean, and the staff are professional and humble. I recommend this urgent care to everyone who needs medical attention.
I was very sick, misdiagnosed twice at another walk-in, and primary doctor who was either too busy or took report from other walk-in at face value. Now a month still sick, feeling significantly worse and spiking a temperature, and unable to see primary doctor, I tried this walk-in and I saw Dr. Patel. He was very thorough and kind, repeated an X ray taken a month prior at other walk-in, diagnosed, and gave me appropriate medication to knock out a significant and debilitating lung infection. Dr. Patel took the time to ask questions and fully understand my symptoms before examining me, then had an X-ray taken, and tested for flu. I appreciate his help and expertise.
Absolutely great service…in and out! The Dr. educated me on my issue, sent my scripts electronically to the pharmacy and I was on my way…..I’m a new believer!
My experience at CJUC was amazing! Very efficient and fast quality care. Everyone was very polite and friendly, ensuring me the approximate wait times and what place I was in line. Overall all the doctors and staff were amazing and great making it one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. They even called multiple pharmacies to make sure there was one that took my insurance to cover what I was being prescribed. Also can’t forget the complimentary Keurig because I’m a coffee lover. Other than that I appreciated minimal wait time, which was quick and convenient. Definitely returning to this facility for future purposes.
I had a really good experience at Urgent Care. The staff, nurse & doctor were all friendly & professional. The doctor treated the issue, prescribed antibiotics and I was in & out. I would definitely go back!
I was attacked by a dog and had a number of bites that were bleeding very badly. I just didn’t want to go to the emergency room and wait for hours. A couple of friends recommended your facility. It was fantastic. I only waited about 15 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Because the wounds were dog bites they could not be stitched. The doctor did a great job flushing out the wounds to prevent infection. I would highly recommend this facility.
I have a crazy and unpredictable schedule. So trying to set a doctor’s visit is nearly impossible for me. I was very sick and someone recommended this place to me and I was more than satisfied. The entire staff was very nice and extremely helpful . I would highly recommend this Urgent Care office. the doctor took the time to talk to me, gave me lots of information and listened to my concerns, i felt like i was the only patient in the office and best part is, I was in and out! No long hours in a waiting room and I didn’t have to make an appointment. LIFESAVERS!
It was busy for a Sunday morning, and I must have waited a little longer than is normal (which wasn’t long at all), because they profusely apologized for the wait. I was in the waiting room for no longer than 15 minutes. The staff was courteous despite my awful mood (I was in quite a bit of distress, having presented with the flu), they did my swab and provided my results as quickly as possible. The doctor thoroughly explained my test results as well as my discharge instructions, and he promptly called in my script to the pharmacy of my choice. Total time from walk in to walk out right about an hour. The ONLY thing I would suggest that could slightly improve: the triage nurse asked what I was in for, but cut me off just a couple of symptoms in. In her defense, I did self diagnose instead of saying: these are my symptoms, I started with: I think I may have the flu and here’s why. She was very nice, gentle with the triage and the swab. All in all, as good as one could hope to experience in an urgent care when you’re miserable and in pain. I would definitely recommend this place. Side note: a week prior, I went with a friend (which is how I discovered the place to begin with). He had a similar experience and was in and out in probably 30 minutes.
